why do you think physical activity influence or affect you as a person?

Doing physical activities makes me feel good about myself. It keeps me physically healthy
but also helps me in improving my mental wellbeing.

Doing physical activities just like working out or just simply cleaning my room has greatly
affected my life . It makes me feel good about myself. Also, a lot of things are going on and
having these kinds of activities helps me to just focus on myself and stop worrying . It keeps
