A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE MUNICIPAL RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT


OFFICE (MDRRMO) TO CUT THE SIXTEEN (16) TREES LOCATED AT DIFFERENT PUROKS OF
MAGALLANES, LIMASAWA, SOUTHERN LEYTE

WHEREAS, it is the policy of the state to protect and advance the right of the people to a safety living;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Magallanes find that this sixteen (16) tress within the barangay are
putting in risk the lives of people residing near on it;

WHEREAS, the sixteen (16) trees are located and more specifically described as follows, to wit:

WHEREAS, there is a necessity to cut the said trees in order to give peace of mind for those people whose
households are near the said trees;
NOW THEREFORE, the Sangguniang Barangay in session duly assembled Resolves as it is hereby Resolved
earnestly requesting the Municipal Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) to cut the sixteen (16) trees
located at different puroks of this barangay;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Municipal Risk Reduction and
Management Office (MDRRMO) for their information and appropriate action;

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, adopted on April 4, 2020 at Barangay Magallanes, Limasawa.
