Interview Questions:

Q1: Tell me something about yourself?

A: I’m Mia Tandog, but you can call me mia. I’m a graduate of industrial psychology, after I
finished my bachelor’s, I pursue right away studying in graduate school with the same course
(industrial & Organizational Psychology) but since the pandemic started, I decided to stop for a
while and continue when I’m ready again financially and mentally. Haha since I experienced
different challenges, especially in finances and some unexpected circumstances I decided to
stop for a while and will be back after I save enough money. My previous job was as an HR
assistant where I assigned benefits, I do monitor clearances and final paycheques.

Currently, I’m working as an HR Coordinator but I’m planning to resign immediately and looking
for a better offer as well as opportunities. Honestly, my current salary is 15,000 and I heard
from my friend who works there that your company is offering a better salary compared to my
current.

I am a Friendly, Personable, and Diligent Person, I always put extra effort into making sure that
my work is done correctly, and I am always available to help other people since I enjoyed
meeting, talking new and other people.

I am very passionate about my work. Because I love what I do, I have a steady source of
motivation that drives me to do my best and that is to make my parents proud. And this passion
led me to challenge myself daily and learn new skills that helped me to do better work.

Q2: Why do you want to work in this company?

A: As we experience a pandemic, employees looking for a work-from-home set up with well-

paying salaries. Also, I’m looking for a better offer as well as opportunities. Honestly, my current
salary is 15,000 compared to what’s your company is offering and I heard it from my friend who
works at your company.

Q3: Why do you want to leave your current job?

A: I’ve learned a lot from my current job, but since it’s a religious organization and friars are the
ones managed, I don’t see a future for myself in that organization. I believed it’s time for me to
change my work environment and I need some fresh challenges to keep me motivated and
driven.

Q4: What is your ideal company to work for?

A: That’s a good question ma’am, for me the ideal company are the ones who value their
employees. I believed that’s the best way an employee stays and makes the employee work
harder. I aspire to work with leaders who inspire me to grow on a daily basis and be a better
version of myself.

Q5: Where do you see yourself five (ten or fifteen) years from now?

I am certain that the coming five years will be productive for me. Working in an esteemed
organization with a positive work environment can be rewarding. I can picture myself growing
to the position I am working on.

Q6: Why should I hire you?

I believe that my experience with HR where I attend to all employee’s concerns, specifically in
their needs related to HR matter, make me the best match for the position of HR Contact
Center Representative. I truly enjoyed what I’m doing, which is what drew me to this position
with your company. I would love to bring my Patience, being detailed oriented, flexible (I can do
another task when needed), organize, and good customer service with a human touch I learned
there to this position.

Q7: What is your strength?

I am a Diligent Person, I always put extra effort into making sure that my work is done correctly,
I am always available to help other people and I like talking new and other people. Also, I am
very passionate about my work and give all my best on the task given to me.

Q7: What is your weakness?

with the work experience to show that I can do this job well. However, I am always willing to
learn things.
