System Development for Data Collection

Interviews were used to collect data on residents' needs from barangay officials, which provided insights into difficulties conducting traditional censuses. A customized data collection system was developed to address these issues. The system can accommodate different user needs and generate reports. Requirements and features were designed using modeling tools like UML diagrams. Testing tools and ISO quality standards were used to evaluate system quality and performance. This research examined a device and app for disaster response and involved individualized support for development.

Conclusions

1. Interviews were used as data collection tools and approaches to detect the pertinent details, such as
the beneficiaries' needs. It provided the difficulties encountered by the Barangay officials when hand
compiling data on residents for the conventional census. For the, a specific analysis was carried out
system was developed, and both online and published papers were included.

2. Descriptive analytics can be used to generate reports and collect data that the user needs to be
combined with other instruments. The system can accommodate user needs, Therefore it is possible to
generate data effectively using this method.

3. To design the requirements and features of the system based on the needs of the users using UML
diagram as a modelling tool such as Use case diagram, Activity diagram, Sequence diagram, Entity
relations diagram, Case diagram, etc.

4. To evaluate the overall quality and performance of the system using testing tools and the quality
standard ISO 25010 which evaluates the system through 8 criteria specifically, functionality, efficiency,
compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability and portability.

5. This research paper explains the performance and effects of a device and application for Guinayangan
MDRRMO, BFP and the Respondents. The development application involves a series of extended and
individualized support for the development of the application and device. For this research, the
researcher uses “Purposive Sampling” in the data gathering. It was a non-probability sampling procedure
in which the elements were selected from the target population based on their fit with the purposes of
the study and specific inclusion and criteria. (Almeida et.,al.00202016)

Recommendations

1. The system needs to have a prediction on the program to know what time the water increase.

2. It should be on a nice place to put so it can measure the water level greatly.

3. Place a camera also to the hardware to send the pictures of the water level.

4. Include a siren so its more reliable like when its on the warning level or the danger level the
resindents near in that place will be warned.
