1. Project Overview
This RFQ list all the network requirement in section 6.
1.1 Scope
The general scope of work of this project is to source/deliver/mount Cisco Network Equipment and the
associated AMC Contracts for the network infrastructure equipment. All bidders are requested to
review and submit their bids to [email protected] no later than 3 business-
days from date of submission of this RFQ to the Vendor.
All bids should be addressed to company name “Saudi Arabia Parsons Limited
Terms and Conditions
Awarded bidder should designate a project manager PM that would interface with Parsons IT
Project Manager.
The PM should have good verbal and written English Communication Skills.
Vendor will be paid only upon complete delivery of all items in the Purchase Order and upon
confirmation that all equipment are in working condition.
All Equipment delivered whether in parts or in whole should be accompanied by a Delivery Note
and the delivered equipment will be subject to Parsons IS Inspection.
Time and date of delivery of equipment and any associated onsite work will be at Parsons’
discretion and in accordance with the rules and regulations set by building landlord.
Delivery of Equipment will need to done strictly thru designated Loading / Unloading Docks
allocated by the building landlord. The schedule of the delivery should be coordinated with
Parsons’ PM and should adhere to the building landlord’s schedule to access the
loading/unloading docks. The Equipment move into Parsons’ premises from the loading/unloading
dock will need to be done strictly thru designated service stairwells / elevators. If there is no
designated Loading / Unloading Docks or Service Stairwells/Elevator, then the Building Security
Personnel will be contacted to designate the docking and the service elevator/stairwell.
Required payment terms are 30 Days Credit.
The Bid should have separate line items for mounting charges of each individual Equipment
described under Section 6 – Requirements
3. Equipment Safety
All Network Equipment supplied should be encased in their original packaging; any and all
package seals should be intact at time of delivery.
4. Safety
All Vendor staff involved in the work should adhere to proper safety requirements and in
accordance with Parsons Safety Guidelines as well as apply Industry best practices in line with the
General Safety Guidelines set forth by the local government.
Parsons Safety and Emergency contact card will be provided to the vendor on site. In case of any
emergency involving Parsons Staff working onsite with the vendor , the vendor is required to
assess the emergency situation and report the incident to the local emergency agencies as deemed
necessary (i.e. Ambulance, Fire Department, Police…etc) . The Vendor will also be required to
report the incident to the escalation points mentioned in the PIL Safety card that would be
provided prior to the start of the work.

5. Site Conditions
All Site work is to be coordinated with and approved by Parsons’ IT Project Manager.

All AMC Contracts (SMARTNETS) should register under the name of Parsons International
Limited and associate with CCO ID: CCO_EAMES. Consider Smartnet validity till 31 st
March 2024.
