Dialogue Script: "The Lost Wallet"

Character 1: Excuse me, have you seen my wallet? I seem to have lost it.

Character 2:
Happy Tone: Sure thing! I actually found a wallet just a few minutes ago. Is this it?

Sad Tone: I'm sorry, I haven't seen your wallet. That must be really frustrating. I hope you're able
to find it soon.

Angry Tone: No, I haven't seen your wallet. You should be more careful with your belongings.
It's not my responsibility to keep track of your things.

Surprised Tone: Oh, wow! I actually did find a wallet just a few minutes ago, and I was just
about to turn it into lost and found. Is this yours?

Character 1: Thank you so much! That is my wallet. I was really worried.

Character 2:
Happy Tone: I'm glad I could help! It feels good to do a good deed and help someone out.

Sad Tone: I'm sorry again that I couldn't be of more help earlier. Losing your wallet is such a
stressful experience.

Angry Tone: I'm still annoyed that you lost your wallet in the first place, but I'm glad you found
it. Just be more careful in the future.

Surprised Tone: It's such a small world. I can't believe I found your wallet right after you asked
me about it. I'm happy to have been able to help you out.
Character 1: I really appreciate your help. Thank you again.

Dialogue Script: "The Job Interview"

Character 1: Hello, thank you for coming in today. Can you tell me a
little bit about yourself?

Character 2: Sure, my name is Jane and I recently graduated from


college with a degree in marketing. I'm excited to begin my career in this
field.

Character 1: Great, let's move on to the interview questions. Why are


you interested in this job?

Character 2:
Excited Tone: I'm really passionate about marketing and I think this
job would be the perfect fit for me. I'm excited about the opportunity to
work with a great team and contribute to the success of the company.

Nervous Tone: Well, I know there are a lot of qualified candidates out
there, but I think I could really make a difference in this position. I'm
nervous, but also excited about the opportunity.

Confident Tone: I have a lot of experience in marketing, and I believe


I have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this position. I'm
confident that I would be an asset to your team.

Character 1: Excellent. Can you tell me about a time when you had to
work under pressure to meet a deadline?
Character 2:
Stressed Tone: Well, there was one project where we had a very tight
deadline and I was really stressed out. But I focused on staying organized
and managing my time effectively, and we were able to complete the project
on time.

Energetic Tone: I actually really enjoy working under pressure,


because it helps me stay focused and motivated. There was one project
where we had a tight deadline and I was able to energize the team and keep
everyone on track to meet the deadline.

Calm Tone: I believe that staying calm under pressure is important to


getting the job done. There was one project where we had a tight deadline,
but I approached it with a clear head and was able to calmly work through
any obstacles that came up.

Character 1: Thank you for sharing those examples. One last question,
why do you think you would be a good fit for our company?

Character 2:
Passionate Tone: I believe in this company's mission and I'm excited
about the work that you do. I think my skills and experience would be a
great asset to your team, and I'm eager to contribute to your success.

Motivated Tone: I'm a hard worker and I'm always looking for ways to
improve and grow. I think this company would provide me with the
opportunities and challenges I need to continue to develop my skills.
Enthusiastic Tone: I love this company's culture and the energy and
enthusiasm that everyone brings to their work. I think I would fit in really
well here and would thrive in this environment.

Character 1: Thank you for your time and for sharing your experiences
with us. We'll be in touch soon about next steps.
