Summary Report

My On-the-Job Training (OJT) experience at Jae Hub Web Services has been a
transformative journey, providing me with hands-on exposure to various aspects of web
development, design, and digital marketing. Throughout my time at the company, I've
had the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, each
contributing to my professional growth and skill development.
Design and Creativity with Canva: A pivotal aspect of my OJT was my
involvement in creating various designs and backgrounds using Canva. This experience
unlocked my creative potential as I explored different design elements. It taught me how
to utilize Canva effectively to craft visually engaging graphics and backgrounds for
websites, social media, and marketing materials. This skill has underscored the
importance of aesthetics in web services, contributing to user engagement and overall
visual appeal.
Working with Microsoft Azure, SSMS, and Visual Studio: My OJT exposed me to
essential tools and technologies that form the backbone of web development. I had the
privilege to work with Microsoft Azure, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and
Visual Studio. This hands-on experience extended my proficiency in deploying web
applications on Azure, managing databases using SSMS, and writing web applications
in Visual Studio. These technical skills are instrumental in the web development sphere
and have solidified my competence in this domain.
Learning Programming Languages with Visual Studio: Visual Studio served as an
ideal platform for me to learn and practice various programming languages. This
experience significantly deepened my understanding of the development process,
enabling me to write and debug code proficiently. It has been a crucial step in building a
strong foundation for my programming skills.
Creating and Publishing Websites: One of the most exciting aspects of my OJT
was the opportunity to create websites using Visual Studio and publish them through
Azure. This practical experience allowed me to grasp the entire web development
process, from initial design to deployment. It prepared me for real-world projects and
gave me a thorough understanding of the intricacies involved.
Self-Education and Staying Informed: Throughout my OJT, I embraced a
proactive approach to self-education. I dedicated time to familiarize myself with relevant
terms and industry trends, ensuring that I remained up-to-date with the ever-evolving
digital landscape. This continuous learning approach has equipped me with the
adaptability necessary for success in the field.
 Utilizing GitHub for Collaboration: Working with GitHub and its interface was an
integral part of my OJT experience. I employed GitHub for both individual and group
tasks, facilitating version control and collaborative development. This experience not
only improved my ability to work within a team but also honed my skills in maintaining
codebase integrity, a critical competence in the industry.
Exploring Online Marketing: My OJT introduced me to the realm of online
marketing. I had the opportunity to engage in selling items across various platforms,
including Carousel, Pinterest, and Facebook. This experience deepened my
understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing, vital skills in today's online
business landscape.
Collaboration and Group Projects: Collaboration was a fundamental component
of my OJT. I worked closely with other interns on group tasks, including a project
focused on creating a Point of Sale website. This project required us to utilize SSMS for
database management and an older version of Visual Studio for development. These
collaborative experiences enhanced my communication and teamwork skills, preparing
me for future group projects in my career.
In conclusion, my On-the-Job Training at Jae Hub Web Services has been an
enriching and transformative experience that has equipped me with a diverse skill set
and a deep understanding of the web services industry. From design and development
to digital marketing and collaboration, my OJT has prepared me to take on the
