Salt Analysis Scheme

The document describes various qualitative analysis experiments to identify inorganic cations and anions present in a salt sample. Tests are outlined to identify ions in groups I through VI, as well as anions such as carbonate, sulfate, nitrate and more. Observations from color changes, gas evolution or precipitate formation indicate the possible ions present.
