SUMMER VACATION HOMEWORK (2023 – 2024) Grade: II

Last Working Day: Wednesday 31st May’2023.


Summer Vacation starts: Thursday 1st June’ 2023.
Assignments (H.W/Project) Submission Date: Tuesday 25th July’2023 & Wednesday 26th July’2023.
Submission Time: 9:00 a.m. till 11:30 a.m.
School Re-opens: Tuesday 1st August’2023.
Note:
* The account section will remain open up till Friday 9th June’2023 for the collection of dues. Thereafter the
account section will reopen from Thursday 20th July’2023. Timings: 8:30 a.m. till 12:30 p.m.
* Home Work / Projects will not be checked if submitted late.

English:
(Learning) * Learn all the work of the Ch. Hazrat Asma ‫ ریضاهللعنه‬and Ch.Its Sports Day from book and
copy both.
(Written) * Write a composition of 50 words on any sport you like the most in your Language (C.W/H.W)
copy.
(Project) * Make a booklet, write a composition of 150 words on the topic “Friendship”. Share any
memorable event which you had spent with your friends. Also paste pictures with your friends
to make your project more attractive.
Mathematics:
(Written) * Do the given work in Math copy -1. Make the title page of Summer Vacation before starting
the work.
* Write forward counting from 1001 -- 1500. * Write backward counting from 500 --1.
Note: Make place value column before starting the forward and backward counting.
* Write tables from 2 -- 9.
(Learning) * Learn tables (2--9)
(Project) * By using colourful card sheet, make a working model of Multiplication Table Wheel.

(Learning) * Learn all the work of the Ch. The Natural Environment And Resources from book and copy
both.
(Project) * Make a booklet. Write natural materials and man-made materials (any eight each). Also paste

(Learning) * Learn all the work of the Ch. Our Country – Pakistan from book and copy both.
(Project) * Make a booklet, paste the pictures of the following notes (Rs. 5000, Rs 1000, Rs 500 ,
Rs. 100, Rs. 50, Rs. 20 and Rs. 10)
