My full name is Vien Van Thoai. I have been attending this course for two
weeks. Today, I am writing this email to express my feelings regarding my
absence from my English course.
I sincerely thank you and apologize for not being able to continue participating

However, this semester I have to complete an internship and it's really keeping

Hi Tuan,
Are you fine these day? I hope you are still fine. I’m writing to let you know about
a situation in my Language club. The club will have a lecture and needs a
speaker. I was confused when I heard about the news. Do you think we should
come together to find other alternative to overcome this problem. Tell me what you
think?

2. Write a letter to your manager – explaining why (120 words)

Dear Sir,
My full name is Vien Van Thoai. I have been a member of a Language club for
5 months. I’m writing this to express my feelings and suggestions for the notice
that have received from our clubs recently.
According to news, our club is preparing to hold a lecture. Honestly, I
completely agree and was excited about this plan when I heard about it.
In my opinion, we need to hold a meeting to summarize the direct opinions of
all members. Because many of you want to express your views directly.
Besides, I know a speaker named David, I believe this person has a lot of
experience to share with us.
I hope you consider these suggestions. Looking forward to hearing from you
soon regarding the feasibility of these recommendations.
Yours faithfully,
Vien Van Thoai.
