How to install Safe Exam Browser?
• Open Google in your machine.
• In Search, type Safe Exam Browser and press ENTER
• Click on the first link, DOWNLOAD LATEST RELEASES
• Download for Windows or MacOS.
• Run the downloaded .exe file and install it
Question 2

I have downloaded the SEB browser from Google but I could not see an
icon or open it. Why?

Once downloaded SEB browser, you will not be able to open it directly without .seb
configuration file

Where do I get the .seb configuration file?


• Login to Ebox using Chrome/Firefox using your username and password
• In the Home page, download the Ebox Browser(SEB) present in the below image.

How do I open the SEB Browser once .seb configuration file is ready?
• Double click on the Ebox Browser present in the Downloads

• This indicates the Safe Exam Browser is not installed properly.
• To overcome this, please uninstall the Safe Exam Browser and install it again
completely.

• Open Control Panel in your system.
• Click on Uninstall a program

• To overcome this, please stop sharing your screen and close all the windows to open
SEB.

• This error indicates that you rejected the .seb configuration settings.
• While opening SEB it will ask you to close few running applications in the
background and restricts you to open few applications.
• If you violate the .seb config settings then you will get this error.
