smoothly. Also, attaching the document to be followed for the Secure Browser
facilitation.
Please note :
This is a proctored assessment, which requires you to install a Secure Exam Browser
(SEB). Since SEB is an installable application, your machine's personal settings can
affect the installation. Hence, it is extremely important for you to follow the steps
provided below.
The Secure Exam Browser (SEB) is a highly secure browser, and candidates must follow
every instruction precisely for successful use. We would need the ARM team's support
to address any resistance or excuses from candidates who may be hesitant to comply
with the Secure Exam Browser (SEB) guidelines.
It's crucial to emphasize that using Secure Exam Browser (SEB) is mandatory, and there
are no alternatives available for attending.
Step 1: Check your System and Internet
• Ensure that you have Admin access to your laptop/desktop.
• Ensure that you using Windows 8 or Windows 10 Only.
• Ensure that you have Google Chrome version 88 or above installed. No Beta
versions.
• Ensure that you have a Webcam and Mic in your laptop/desktop.
• Ensure that you have a stable Internet connection with 2 Mbps upload/download
speed.
• Ensure that you are using Broadband. Mobile hotspots are not recommended.
• RAM and Processor: 4 GB + RAM,i3 5th Generation 2.2 Ghz or equivalent/ higher
• Disable your screensaver, screen auto-lock, and auto-sleep mode.
• Disable all system popup notifications.
Step 2: Remove/Disable the Following (Extremely Important)
• Antivirus must be Disabled.
• Window Defender and Firewall must be Off.
• Windows Security Real-time Protection must be Off.
• Google Chrome Extensions must be Removed.
• VPN/Proxy must be Disabled.
• Screen Sharing/Extension and Remote Desktop must be Disabled.
• Bluetooth must be Off/Disabled.
Step 3: Clean your System
• Clear your Google Chrome History, Cache, and Cookies.
• Clear your System Cache and Temporary Files.
• Restart your Internet Modem and Wi-Fi router.
• Restart your Laptop/Desktop.
Step 4: Install the SEB and Attend the Test
• Download and install the SEB only after all the above steps are completed.
• Ensure that the SEB is installed in C DRIVE only. This is extremely important.

If you face issues even after following the above steps:
• Uninstall and reinstall the Google Chrome Browser.
• Uninstall and reinstall the SEB.
• Restart your system, and try again.
