incline of 3mm (1/8-inch fall per foot).
5.3 Installation of pipes or other plumbing components shall not be in a way that will
cause hindrance or interference with entryways and windows.
5.4 The position and arrangement of the plumbing materials shown on the drawings shall
be carefully followed as possible. The Contractor has the obligation of precisely laying
out the work. Ought to be found that any work caused hindrance, the matter will be
accounted for to the Engineer prior to interfacing the work.
5.5.Before installation, ream all screwed pipes smoothly. Do not try to flatten, twist,
bend, divide, or damage pipes.

PART III – F: MECHANICAL WORKS
1.0 SCOPE OF WORK
1.1 Construction personnel, equipment, materials, tools, and supervision shall be
provided by the Contractor as needed to accomplish the services that fulfill the technical
standards in this Statement of Work.
1.2 The contractor shall handle all hoisting, leveling, testing, start-up, and thermostats for
new HVAC units.
1.3 Supply and install all ventilation and appropriate insulation as necessary and per the
drawings and specifications, to accommodate all relocations and additions.
1.4 Supply and installation of two (2) Split Type Inverter Aircon (1HP).
2.0 GENERAL CONDITION
2.1 The work shall be completed in a timely manner and in accordance with a clear fixed
price and performance period that has been agreed upon.
2.2 For quality assurance, the product must be brand new. Other criteria shall apply to the
use of components, and they will be subjected to the required testing for their health.
2.3. For alternative materials: all materials can be used as long as they have been certified
by the Procuring Entity and additional testing, if necessary, has been completed and
approved by the organization in compliance with the standard criteria.

Project Manager, if necessary, to settle any discrepancies that may arise.
3.0 MATERIAL
3.1 Air Condition System: two pieces of Split Type Inverter Aircon (1HP)
4.0 INSTALLATION
4.1 The indoor unit of a split air conditioner shall be mounted on a wall that can support
the unit's weight.
4.2 For optimum airflow, the indoor unit of a split air conditioner requires at least 15 cm
of open space around its top and sides.
4.3 For adequate cooling inside the room, place the split AC indoor unit at a height of 7-8
feet above the ground.
4.4 When mounting the aluminum bracket on the wall, ensure that it is tilted slightly so
that the indoor unit of the split AC, when installed, is likewise tilted slightly to allow
unrestricted flow of condensed water from the drain pipe.
4.5 The split air conditioner's outdoor unit must be set on a flat, rigid surface. The indoor
and outdoor split AC shall be installed units away from direct sunlight and water for
proper cooling. Install the split AC outdoor unit in an open area so that the heat dissipated
from the condenser is not obstructed.
