You must arrive 45 MINUTES prior to your CELPIP-General Test. Check-in for
your test closes 15 MINUTES before the scheduled start time. If you arrive after
this time, you will be denied entrance to the CELPIP-General Test and will not
be eligible for a refund or transfer.

Additional Test Centre Details:
We will meet you at the main entrance to the building at 688 West Hastings
Street. Please be at the main entrance at least 15 minutes before the start of
your test. Please show us your confirmation email at the door.
Health and Safety Measures
Please take some time before your test to watch our video on the additional
health & safety measures which will be in place at the test centre. Face masks
are required for all test sittings for the entirety of the test.
If you plan to travel for your test, please be aware of local travel restrictions.
Some governments have closed their borders or are requiring visitors to self-
isolate for 14 days after arrival. If you are not following local travel restrictions,
we reserve the right to refuse entry.

test room, location, and score. All necessary test day procedures are listed on
our website . Please note this test is done entirely on a computer.

Photocopies or expired identification documents will NOT be accepted.
Without your identification document, you will NOT be allowed to take the
test. No refunds or transfers will be given.
On test day:
You must arrive 45 minutes prior to your test. Check-in for your test
closes 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you arrive after this
time, you will be denied entrance to the CELPIP-General Test and will
not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
You are responsible for planning your route and arriving to the CELPIP-
General Test Test on time for check-in. Please allow for delays due to
traffic or other reasons, such as finding your way to the test room.
Store your personal belongings.

your CELPIP test.
Transfers & Cancellations:
We are temporarily allowing test takers to transfer their test sittings free
of charge. Transfers must be done at least two business days before the
test sitting.
Cancellations must be made at least 9 calendar days prior to your test.
Please sign in to your CELPIP Account to request a transfer or
cancellation.
Cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund.
