Job Title: Associate Production Engineer
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer with expertise in sheet metal
design, CNC machining, and 3D printing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background
in part design, assembly design, and creating detailed design drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop parts and assemblies for sheet metal, CNC machining, and 3D
printing applications.
Create detailed design drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and material
specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and
manufacturability.
Utilize CAD software to develop 3D models and assemblies.
Perform design iterations based on feedback and testing results.
Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues.
Manage design documentation and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Design, or a
related field.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360).
Experience with part design, assembly design, and creating design drawings.
Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes, CNC machining, and 3D
printing technologies.
Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills..
Preferable experience working in a student project team/Club.
