challenges that impact its ability to provide
effective and accessible care to all
individuals. One significant issue is inequity
in access. Disparities based on
socioeconomic status, geography, and
demographics often result in certain
populations having limited outcomes for
marginalized groups.
Access to medical facilities can be
challenging for many people due to various
reasons:
1.Geographical Barriers: Living in remote or
rural areas where maccess to healthcare
facilities, medical professionals, and
essential services are not available. This is
exacerbated in areas with poor
transportation infrastructure.
2.Lack of Insurance: In countries without
universal healthcare coverage, individuals
without health insurance may delay or
forgo necessary medical care due to
concerns about cost.
3.Long Wait Times: In regions with high
demand and limited resources, long wait
times for appointments, procedures, or
emergency care can delay treatment and
exacerbate health conditions.
4.Limited Availability of Specialists: Access
to specialized care, such as certain medical
specialists or diagnostic services, may be
limited in certain areas, requiring travel to
larger cities.

1.Efficiency: Streamline the process of
booking appointments for patients,
reducing waiting times and optimizing the
utilization of healthcare provider time.
2.Accessibility: Ensure that patients can
easily schedule appointments through
various channels (online, phone, mobile
apps) and have access to available time
slots that fit their schedule.
3.Flexibility: Allow patients to reschedule or
cancel appointments as needed, while
minimizing disruptions to the healthcare
provider's schedule.
4.Patient Satisfaction: Enhance the overall
patient experience by providing convenient
appointment options and reducing the
frustration associated with long wait times

Analysis of existing Healthcare websites
Conducted a thorough analysis and
comparison of existing Healthcare
websites,studying their features,
functionalities, user interfaces, content
quality and user feedback. Identified the
gaps and limitations in these platforms to
understand how Mediease can provide a
more comprehensive and user friendly
solution.
User Feedback and Market Research
Gathered user feedback through
surveys,interviews and usability testing to
understand user preferences, pain points
and expectations from an healthcare
platform like MediEase this research
informed the design and development of
medicines to ensure it meets the need of its
target audience.

Materials:
1.HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language):
HTML is used to structure the content of
the website. It organizes the website into
sections such as the header, navigation,
services, and footer.
2.CSS (Cascading Style Sheets):
CSS is used to style the HTML elements and
enhance the visual presentation. It defines
the colour schemes, typography, layout,
spacing, and responsive design to ensure
the website is aesthetically pleasing and
functional across different devices.
3.JavaScript:
JavaScript adds interactivity to the website.
It handles smooth scrolling and user event
interactions, enhancing the overall user
experience.
4.Google Fonts:
The Poppins font is imported from Google
Fonts to provide a modern and clean
typographic style.
5.Remix Icon Library:
Remix Icons are used for scalable vector
icons, improving the visual appeal and
usability of elements like social media links
and navigation arrows.

and challenges faced by public. This

section helps the patients to meet the
specialist doctors easily which saves a lot of
time and makes it hassle free.
