have a propensity to remain optimistic. Furthermore, Understanding the unique
qualities of each student enables teachers to provide support that is specific to their
requirements, resulting in a productive and happy learning environment.

2. Teachers use a range of communication methods with parents, frequently


depending on the school's policies, the students' requirements, and the families'
preferences. An outline of the decision-making process, discussion subjects,
frequency, and communication techniques. Email on the other hand, is frequently the
main tool used for meeting scheduling, prompt updates, and reminders.
Also, Teachers may give parents a call to discuss progress or concerns on
more private or urgent matters. Lastly,teachers and parents usually collaborate to

used in the real world. This encourages job exploration and gives students direct
