Assignment Title:
Marketing Analysis and Strategy Development for a Business or Service Organization
Objective:
To gain first hand insights into the marketing strategies employed by a selected organization.
To analyze the organization's product, pricing, place and promotion strategies.
To assess its competitive landscape.
To propose recommendations for improved marketing strategies.
To create an advertisement that aligns with the organization's goals.
Team Structure:
Form a team of 10 members.( class of 50 is 10 members in each team )
The team names along with the team leader(‘s) should be handed over to me today.
Organization Selection:
Choose an organization that primarily focuses on either business or service provision.
Interview Preparation:
Develop a structured interview guide covering the following areas:
o Organization's background, mission, and vision
o Product/service offerings and target market
o Marketing strategies (product, price, promotion, place)
o Competitive analysis
o Marketing challenges and opportunities
o Future marketing goals
Interview Conduct:
Schedule and conduct interviews with relevant personnel within the organization (e.g.,
marketing manager, sales representatives).
Record the interviews ( this has to be presented)
Data Analysis:
Analyze the interview data to identify key themes and insights related to the organization's
marketing strategies.
Assess the effectiveness of their current strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze the competitive landscape and identify potential threats and opportunities.
Analyse the marketing mix used by the organisation
Marketing Strategy Recommendations:
Develop a set of recommendations for enhancing the organization's marketing strategies.
Consider recommendations for product development, pricing adjustments, promotional
activities, and distribution channels.
Justify your recommendations with evidence from your research and analysis.
Advertisement Creation:
Create an advertisement for the organization that effectively communicates its value
proposition and target audience.
Choose an appropriate advertising medium (e.g., print, digital, broadcast) along with the
video.
Ensure the advertisement aligns with the organization's branding and messaging.
Presentation:
Prepare a comprehensive presentation (PPT ALONG WITH GEOTAG PHOTOS) summarizing
your findings, recommendations, and advertisement.
Deliver the presentation to your instructor or class.

EACH TEAM WILL HAVE TO PRESENT THEIR PPT’S
KINDLY NOTE – ON THE DAY OF PRESENTATION , EACH TEAM IS REQUIRED TO GET THEIR
OWN SPEAKERS AND THE PPTS along with the Videos should be given in a pen drive.
THE PENDRIVE Should be handed over a day before their presentation.
The timeline given for all your submission is until 20th November 2024
Failing which you will have negative marks if you don’t submit on time.
If you do not present at all then you will lose a major part of your internal assessment.
