Job Responsibilities
• Business Consulting – Advisory Services, Process Consulting, Business Analysis. Roles within
these engagements increase with experience – ranging from individual contributors who
provide support to the consulting teams, to Engagement Leads who lead an engagement, to
Principals who lead multiple engagements and teams.

• Thought Leadership and IP creation - Create IP that can be leveraged to drive nonlinear
growth and drive business outcomes. Drive the thought leadership agenda for the BU via
white papers, webinars, social media interactions, and other such public forum.
• Solutioning - Participate in client engagements (pursuits, projects, discussions) and own
the Solution-ising from a domain / business point of view.
• Advisory Services in Digital Transformation, Process Consulting, Business Analysis &
Business Architecture.
• Organization building - Train junior CC staff on consulting skills and train the project teams
on business / domain concepts.
• Contribute to development of solutions for Pre-sales.

Eligibility criteria
• Candidates graduating in 2025 with MBA/Executive MBA(Full time).
• At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 60% aggregate (all subjects will
be taken into consideration) in the pursuing degree with no standing arrears.
• Students with standing arrears are NOT eligible to apply.
• Appropriate CGPA to % conversion to be considered as per university norms.
• Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing and technology
is mandatory.
• Open only to Indian nationals / Overseas Citizenship of India (OCIs) / Person of Indian
Origin (PIOs) who are currently residing in India.
• Candidates must not have any education & professional gap of more than 3 years.
• Students who have applied for re-evaluation and are waiting for the results would be
considered with the initial results score declared during hiring process.
• Students will get the communications only to the registered mail ID in Superset. It must be
their personal mail ID and shall be considered as the primary email ID. This email ID
should not be changed at any point during hiring process or until Full Time Employment
(FTE) onboarding.
Final decision on candidate screening, eligibility for assessments, interview and final
selection will be at the sole discretion of Cognizant.
