Please note:
• Attendance is mandatory for each stage.
• If selected, applicants will join as fresher as no prior work experience will be considered.
• During interview, applicants will be evaluated for GenC Pro (PA) hiring category, if not selected, applicants
will be evaluated for GenC (PAT) hiring category. Applicants that do not meet the criteria for both PA and
PAT may not advance further in the process.
Eligibility criteria 2026 batch
• Applicants graduating in 2026 from a B.E. / B.Tech. from CS/IT or Circuit streams with mandate
Apex Superspecialist & Process automation specialist superbadges are eligible to apply.
• Applicants must have a consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% in X, XII, Diploma
and UG (rounding off 59.9% is not permitted), with no standing arrears..
• Appropriate CGPA to % conversion to be considered as per university norms.
• At the time of joining, all recruits must have a minimum of 60% in their current degree with no
standing arrears.
• Applicants who have applied for re-evaluation and are awaiting results will be assessed based
on the initially declared scores.
• Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in given shift timing and technology is
mandatory.
• This opportunity is open to Indian nationals/OCIs currently residing in India.
• Applicants will receive all communications only on the registered email ID in Superset. This
must be their personal email ID and will be considered the primary mode of communication. It
should not be changed at any point during the hiring process or until onboarding as a Full-Time
Employee (FTE).

• Kindly upload your recent photograph in the superset
platform.
• Industry accredited certificates if available.
Mandatory documents for interview
• All academic documents including the college ID card, X, XII,
Diploma, and UG marksheets.
Mandatory documents for onboarding
• A PAN card is required for onboarding. If you do not have one, please apply for it. Ensure that
your last name, father's name and other details are accurate. Note that background verification
will fail if the last name is not updated or if the name on the PAN card does not match your
registered name.
• Passport/Voter ID card is required for verifying nationality while joining Cognizant.
Important notes for registration
• The applicant’s name and DOB should exactly match the 10th marksheet and PAN card.
• Ensure applicant registration is done accurately as it will be considered final, and no changes
will be allowed later. In case any discrepancy is found in the name (refer to the naming
convention matrix), scores uploaded, or educational documents provided, the profile will be
disqualified.
• All communications are sent only to the registered email address in Superset. It must be a
personal email address. It should not be changed at any point during the hiring process or
until full-time employment/internship onboarding.
• All communications to applicants and placement officer will predominantly be through the
Superset platform, and applicants can confirm their status on the platform.
• A provisional certificate or degree will be mandatory to join Cognizant.
