Megacities Problems & Solutions:
There is no doubt that today’s topic is one of the most important topics to talk about right
now in this age of time. First of all, I would like to introduce the concept of megacity. what
is a megacity means? A megacity is commonly an area with a great or big population or
a very big number of people in a very large city, typically with a population of more than
10 million and this a very big number people . Unfortunately more people are living in
megacities than before and the situation is escalating more and more in a continuously
increasing and this one of the big problems of megacities which is The population
crowding every where in streets with people and in transportations and what makes the
problem going worse the immigration to the cites from people coming from outside the
country because it have more job opportunities and as a vivid example on this topic is
Cairo and especially I am talking about big Cairo that includes Qalubiya,Giza and Cairo
governorate which have a great population with 24 percent of the overall population in
Egypt and that’s is very big number may be this great populations in this area because
literally you have everything you looking for in this megacities and so I am suggestion as
a solution to increase the interest rate of other cities and create new bigcities and
recently we started to do this and solve the problem of the water is only exists in new
valley cities only so this a very big problem in Egypt makes most of people lives around
the Nile River cities only so we have to work on this idea that revolves around artificial
reiver in the desert if we could do this I think most of these problem will be solved
especially that Egypt is a country that have many resources but this project needs a
major great funding in order to achieve it .

Megacities Problems & Solutions:
The Rise of Megacities becomes one of the most common phenomena these days
because of the immigration searching for culture ,good live and existence of income
prosperity factors so it act like a magnet for many different layers of people such as rich
families, poor rural families searching for a work also it’s not the best way for that and
sometimes it goes to more badly situation with them such as living in a place that is not
good for human to live in and much more also traders likes to work more in megacities
rather than others because of the great population and this plays a good rule in
increasing the income for them and so on . This great population makes things in live
sometimes going in bad direction such as increasing pollution, Rising Temperatures
because of crowdness, instability of security sometimes, Overcrowding and transport
congestion and increasing the prices of services also it plays a good rule in increasing
the salaries also it’s cause to increase the prices of everything such as food , apartments
and fees of participation for a club and so on . This problem happens in all the world but
to be honest and fair megacities sometimes play a major role in the development of the
country's economy . depending on pervious sentences I am suggesting the following
opinions in order to solve the problems of megacities .firstly I am suggesting to plant
more trees and plants in the whole country and especially in the megacities in order
reduce the emits of pollution and decreaing the temperature .Secondly interests in
increasing the interest rate of other cities in the country and creates a new portions of
the megacities with specified limit of apartments and buildings in order to control the
crowdness and transportation . Thirdly and finally crates new cities and creating projects
in these cities in order to attracts people and this will be reflected in the country
economy and contributes in developing it. Overall megacities are a very important
element of the pillars of any strong country so we have to exploits this point well.
