c) Create additional column Tax rate for Table 2. In this column, data is filled up by looking at the
columns Salary and Exempt Status in Table 2 and then comparing with their corresponding
values in Table 3. If the employee is exempted from tax, depending on his salary, he has the
reduced tax rate. Otherwise, he needs to pay the normal tax rate. For example,
