parking wall and ceiling surfaces.
ENAMEL PAINT: One coat of red oxide and two coats of ASIAN brand
enamel paint for all MS works like grills and gate.
One coat of wood primer and two coats of wood
luppam, two coats of enamel paint for all wooden
surfaces like doors.
STAIRCASE RAILNING: 304 Grade SS railing (2” round pipe one no and ¾”
round pipes 3) for staircase and front balcony railing
work.
COMPOUND WALL: 4’6” height cement brick compound wall on above
mentioned CRS work (SUB STRUCTURE) with 9’ wide
5’ height MS gate (2 doors open type).
ELEVATION: cement-based elevation (partly designed with tiles or
Shera board) will be provided.
EXTRA WORKS: SANCTION PLAN, BORE, MOTOR, ANY EXISTING
BUILDING OR ROOMS DEMOLISHING WORK,
ELECTRICAL METER, RUNNING POWER BILL during
construction period, GRILL WORKS FOR BALCONIES
or FOR DOORS any other works like shelves, walls,
glass in elevation, any moral arts which were not
included in the above specifications will be barred by
owner.
