During the onboarding period the document stays with the employee. If onboarding of the employee is completed, the employee opens
the Onboarding Checklist in Textron University -> Onboarding Plan -> and clicks on "notify observer". The supervisor should confirm
completion of onboarding in Textron University incl. upload of the filled/signed Onboarding Plan. Please include completed "feedback
