1. What worked well with your time management during this time?
- I spend at least 1hr in the gym almost daily, which is my to-go goal.
2. What did not work out well with your time management?
- My biggest enemy is going to bed early and having at least 8 hours of
sleep every night.
3. Is there anything you would have done differently? Why?
- Start eating breakfast sometime in the week because I want to make a new
routine which is adding breakfast to my schedule, which is one that I have
never done before, to have the energy to go to work and school.
4. When reflecting on your time did you discover any trends good or bad?
What were they?
- I would say the work, school, and life balance. I managed to finish
schoolwork, my job, and my personal goal, which is to go to the gym and
hang out with friends. This is my goal for now because, from my
perspective, we have to balance everything in our life.
