How to transfer EPF online through Unified Member Portal?
Step-1-UAN (Universal Account Number) should have activated.
Your mobile number, which is in working condition (should be the same as registered with your Aadhaar card)

Step-2-Link the following with your UAN:
Bank Account details and the IFSC Code of the branch along with your Aadhaar Card should be linked on the
UAN website.
If there are 2 UAN numbers, Bank (Different Bank account for 2 UAN’s) and Aadhar KYC to be updated in both
the UAN logins.
Post updating, respective employers need to approve the KYC only then the process of linking the UAN to Bank
& Aadhar will be completed.

Step-3-Check points before initiating the Transfer:
a. Review the service history under View Tab, to check if the previous employer has updated below :
• DOJ EPF
• DOJ EPS
• DOE EPF
• DOE EPS
b. To check if the present employer has updated below :
• DOJ EPF
• DOJ EPS
c. To check if the DOL previous employer and DOJ present employer is same or DOJ present employer is greater
than DOL previous employer.

Step-6-Follow the steps given below to Transfer online: -
1. Kindly visit Unified Portal (member interface). Login with your credentials (UAN ID & Password).
2. Click on ‘Online Services’ and choose One Member – One EPF Account(Transfer Request).

5. In the next step, need to click on ‘Get OTP’ to authenticate your online EPF transfer claim request. Kindly note that an OTP
will be sent on UAN registered mobile number only. Enter the OTP and click on submit button

6. Submit the duly signed copy of the online PF transfer claim (PDF document) to the selected employer within a period of 10
days.
7. The employer will then digitally approve your EPF transfer request.
8. PF Transfer from TeamLease to present employer status to be checked with TeamLease after 30 working days after raising
the request online, subject to employer approval.
9. Pension Transfer status from TeamLease to present employer status to be checked with RPFC online.
10. PF & Pension Transfer status from previous employer to TeamLease to be check with RPFC (PF office) online. Link to check
