Transportation

Conversation:
John: Excuse me, do you know when the next bus to downtown
arrives?
Mary: The next bus is scheduled to arrive in 15 minutes.
John: Oh, thank you. Do you know if it’s on time?
Mary: According to the schedule, it should be here on time. But
sometimes there can be delays due to traffic.
Due to the fact that I went to bed late yesterday.
John: I see. Do you know how much the fare (fee) is for that route?
Mary: It’s $2.50 for a one-way trip. Round-trip
John: That’s great, thank you. I’m new to the area and I’m not
familiar with the bus routes. Can you tell me where I can find a map
of the bus routes?
Mary: Sure, you can find a map of the bus routes at the information
booth over there. They can also help you with any other questions you
might have.
John: Thank you, I appreciate it. Thanks a lot
Mary: No problem, happy to help. Have a good trip.
