technologies, incorporating them into our strategy.
• Reporting: Submit monthly reports on emerging social media trends to management.
• Campaign Management: Develop and oversee competitions and campaigns that draw
attention to our brand and engage our audience.
• ROI Measurement: Set measurable goals for campaigns, analyse performance, and
demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI) to stakeholders.
• Community Management: Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments,
and social media posts, ensuring a positive brand image.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a social media team, guiding junior members
to achieve success.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and creatives
to develop a holistic and effective online marketing strategy.
