The test is complete. Here are your results; scores are between 0 and 4.

Trait Score (out of 4)

1. Liveliness 3.4
2. Sensitivity 3.2
3. Reasoning 3.1
4. Openness to change 3
5. Emotional stability 3
6. Dominance 2.9
7. Abstractedness 2.7
8. Warmth 2.6
9. Social boldness 2.6
10. Apprehension 2.5
11. Tension 2.1
12. Self-reliance 2
13. Perfectionism 1.6
14. Vigilance 1.3
15. Privateness 1
16. Rule-consciousness 1

My highest is liveliness (3.4/4) followed by sensitivity (3.2/4) and reasoning

(3.1/4).

Liveliness is how much energy you display. High scorers are serious,
restrained, prudent, taciturn, introspective and silent. Sensitivity is how
much you can be affected. High scorers are sensitive, aesthetic, sentimental,
tender-minded, intuitive and refined. Reasoning is how good at abstract
thinking you are. High scorers prefer abstract thinking.

My lowest is tied between privateness and rule consciousness at 1 out of 4.

Privateness is how honest you are about who you are. Low scorers are
forthright, genuine, artless, open, guileless, naive, unpretentious and
involved. Rule-consciousness is how much you abide by authority. Low
scorers are nonconforming, self-indulgent and disregard rules.

I think these results are valid, but it doesn’t matter how high or how low my
score is. Different situations call for different strengths. Because I am
introspective and restrained, I would probably fair well at formal events.
People with high sensitivity can reach out to private people more. This also
ties into my low privateness because people are more willing to be open if
you shed a piece of your armor first. Naive as I may be, I would rather regret
the things I did and not the things I didn’t. As an aspiring writer, it’s a good
thing that I have high reasoning. And it’s not a bad thing to have a low rule-
consciousness. In Kohlberg’s 3 stages of morality says, I would be in the
post-conventional stage. We must question whether the rules set in place are
just or not, and if they aren’t, we must find a new system to put in place.

My low scores do not equate to weakness. Neither do my high scores equate

to strength. Even the middle scores do not phase me. Different situations call
for different approaches by different people and if we were all the same, the
world would be filled with many problems indeed.
