SUBJECT : Spot Report re: Robbery with Violence Against Person
DATE : April 27, 2025
1. References:
a. Personal Reporting of the victim named Angela Kang y Bukang dated April
27, 2025; and
b. Blotter Entry No. 12222000000 dated April 27, 2025.
2. In connection with the above references, please be informed that on April 27, 2025 at
exactly 11:30am, a crime of Robbery was committed at Gerardo Street corner Mindanao
Avenue, Sampaloc Manila perpetrated by Ramil Gurang y Manlupot, 34 years old,
married, working as security guard of Tamol Mall, residing at 1209 Menandro Street
Sampaloc, Manila, against one Angela Kang y Bukang, 28 years old, single, student of
Centro Escolar University, residing at 1090 Cebu Street corner Visayan Avenue
Sampaloc, Manila.
3. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim was walking along Gerardo Street corner
Mindanao Avenue, Sampaloc, Manila when she was approached by the suspect and
forcibly took the former’s laptop (asus T75 color gray with estimated value of 40, 000.00)
while she was holding it. After, the suspect run away from the crime scene but the
incident was witnessed by the Barangay Kagawad Eduardo Espinola residing at 1320
Gerardo Street corner Mindanano Avenue, Sampaloc, Manila. The victim thereafter
personally reported the incident at the Manila Police Disctict Police Station 4 asking for
immediate assistance.
4. PSSg Hernando Placido and PSSg Eduardo Salvaloza immediately responded at the
crime scene and the witness narrated that he knew the suspect as well as its
whereabouts. Without wasting time, the latter accompanied the responding officers to
the whereabouts of the suspect. Then and there they saw the suspect holding the laptop
and effect their immediate arrest.
5. The suspect was subjected to undergo medico-legal examination. According to the
Investigator, the suspect experiencing financial instability that why he committed the
crime as charged.

656565 where the Judge who conducted the trial was Honorable Lexi Lore. The accused
is temporarily detained at the Manila Police District Police Station 4.
