Performance Standard: Duration: 40 minutes
The learner maintains an active lifestyle to
influence the physical activity participation of
the community and society practices healthy
eating habits that support an active lifestyle.
I. Learning Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:
1. Identify the key principles, role, and objective of first aid and characteristics
of a good first aider;
2. Appreciate the importance of key principles, role and objective of first aid,

3. Perform a group activity showing an understanding of key principles, roles,
and objectives of first aid.
