CONCLUSION
During my summer training at Imagica Health, I worked in the streaming department,
where my primary role was to provide technical support for virtual meetings using
platforms like Zoom and Bigmarker. My workday typically ran from 1:30 PM to 9:30
PM, during which I managed several key responsibilities.
My daily tasks began with receiving the details of scheduled meetings. I then created
credentials and scheduled these meetings, ensuring they were set up according to the
specific times and requirements provided by our clients. During the meetings, which
often focused on medical topics, I offered technical assistance. This included helping
participants with screen sharing, muting microphones, and other functionalities to
ensure the meetings ran smoothly.
After each meeting, I compiled a detailed report that included information such as the
number of attendees and the duration of the meeting. These reports were then sent to
our Head of Department for review.
