ABSTRACT
This project involves the analysis and enhancement of various features within Myntra,
one of India’s leading fashion e-commerce platforms.
During the internship, key functionalities of the Myntra website and mobile app were
studied, including product listings, user interface, filters, recommendation systems,
and customer engagement tools.
The goal was to understand the end-to-end user experience and propose improvements
to boost user satisfaction and conversion rates.
By leveraging UI/UX analysis, market trends, and competitor research, the project
offers insights and strategies to enhance the platform’s usability, streamline the
customer journey, and support Myntra’s growth in the competitive online fashion
industry.
