SUBJECT: Spot Report on Shooting Incident

DATE : May 1, 2016

1. Reference: Alpha Coy Blotter Entry Number 00001, page 0001 dated May
1, 2016.

2. Please be informed that a shooting incident transpired at about 8:40


o`clock in the evening of May 1, 2016 at the parking Area of the Provincial
Engineering compound, Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet. Victim was identified as
Renante Garcia Kines, 50 years old, married, High School Graduate, Businessman
and resident of Malvar St. Aurora Hill, Baguio City.

3. Initial Investigation shows that the victim was about to start the engine of
his tamaraw Fx with plate number ADG 380 when he was shot on his body.
According to Mr. Stewart Asbuk Gamongan he and the victim had just came from the
wedding celebration of couples Randy Cayat and Venus Estima and that he just
talked to some of his acquaintances and when he arrived at the vehicle of Mr. Kines
he saw the victim leaning on top of the steering wheel with blood oozing from his
body. He also noticed a hole at the front passenger side window of the vehicle
prompting him to shout for help.

4. Victim was brought to Baguio General Hospital and while being transferred
from the vehicle to the stretcher a fired bullet fell from his body and was picked up by
the security guard who later turned over the same to SPO1 Richard Nagangi. Victim
was Declared Dead on Arrival by his attending Physician, Marcelino Matun.

5. Crime Scene processing is still ongoing for the possible recovery of pieces
of evidence that may lead to the identification of the suspect/s.
