SUBJECT : Spot Report for Alleged Murder
DATE : March 12, 2024
1. Around 6:30–7:00 pm on March 12, 2024, an alleged murder was reported at this
station. The identified victim is Mr. Julio Valiente, 28 years old, male, single,
engineer, native of Quezon City, and currently residing in Labasan, Bongabong,
Oriental Mindoro.
2. Initial investigation shows that the victim was with the appellant, with the latter's
arm around him, walking through Kalye Trese Labasan Bongabong Road.
3. Thereafter, it was discovered that there was someone shouting for help, and
when they saw where the voice was coming, it was Julio Valiente, wounded and
bleeding. Pressumably done by the suspect, Riza Astalavista, 30 years old,
male, single, jobless, and currently residing at Kalye Trese Labasan Bongabong,
Oriental Mindoro
4. When the victim discovered the said incident, effort exerted to locate the same
but prove futile and the suspect of this incident was fled northward jurisdiction.
