Following is the construction rate quotation and material specification of Co – living hostel
accommodation.

Total plot size. 30 x 70 = 2100 sq.ft

Scope of Work:-

Ground floor
● Brick work and plaster of double height wall at 200rs sq,ft of wall area excluding
paint and electrical work.
● New staircase.
● Underground water tank = 8000lt.
● Slab at existing staircase area
Mezzanine:- complete work.
First Floor :- Complete work under existing slab and new slab.
Second Floor :- Complete work under new slab..
Tower :- Complete work under new slab.

Rate :- Complete work under new slab = 1500 rs/sq.ft


Complete work under existing slab = 1000rs/ sq.ft

15 Terrace finish Cement and Churi finish or any kind of water
proffing will be charged extra.

17 Elevation Simple elevation using bricks,etc. will be
done. Any kind of tiles and jewellery work,
glass has to be paid extra.

18 Floor Height 9’6” Height will be taken for new floor level.

NOTE ➖

● Electricity and water supply during construction will be provided by client.


● Motor supply for uplifting water will be provided by client.
● All sorts of permission including nagar nigam, building permission, mpeb etc will be
taken by client.
● Any variation in design, after construction, will be charged extra.
● Staircase not included in roof area will be charged extra.
