INTRODUCTION

As I conclude my internship report for my Master’s in Psychology, I would like to express

my sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported and guided me throughout this journey.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to my academic advisor and

course coordinator Dr Abdul Raffie Naik, Assistant Professor (Sr Grade) in Psychology,

VIT – AP University, Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh for their invaluable guidance,

encouragement, and expertise. Their insightful feedback and unwavering support have been

instrumental in the successful completion of this report. I am deeply grateful for the countless

hours they dedicated to reviewing my work and providing constructive criticism.

I would also like to express my appreciation to Manasa Hospital for Nervous & Mental

Diseases, Rajamahendravaram, where I had the privilege to intern. The opportunity to

apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting has been an enriching and transformative

experience. I am particularly thankful to my supervisor, for their mentorship and for creating

a supportive environment that facilitated my learning and growth. Their patience,

understanding, and willingness to share their expertise have been greatly appreciated.

Additionally, I would like to thank all my colleagues and peers for their collaboration and

camaraderie. The meaningful interactions and shared experiences have significantly

contributed to my professional development and personal growth.

I am also grateful to the administrative staff at Indira Gandhi National Open University (RC–

Vijayawada) for their assistance and support throughout my academic journey. Their

efficiency and dedication have ensured a smooth and seamless experience.

their unwavering support, encouragement, and understanding. Their belief in me has been a
