Induction Motor

The document outlines the specifications and calculations for a coil system with 24 slots and 2 poles. It details the number of coils, coil spans, electrical degrees, and phase differences, as well as the winding configurations for running and starting coils. Additionally, it provides information on the wire numbers and the number of windings for each slot pairing.

Total Slots =24

No of poles p = 2

Ns = 120f/p. here f = 50.

Total coil = slot / p = 12 Slot 12

Slot 1
Coil span = no of slot / p = 12
One coil electrical degree two sides = 90*2 = 180
Single side electrical degree = 90
Phase difference = 90*coil span/180 = 90*12/180 = 6
That means if running coil starts from R = 1
Then starting coil must be started from = 1 + 6 = 7
Running Coil 22 number wire and starting coil 24 number wire
Small coil 40 then 45 then 48 then 50 this 4 coil net weight 250 gram.

Slot 1 to slot 12 (finish F (coil span 12)  ---> 11 no winding N = 50 Running coil
Slot 2 to slot 11 (coil span 10)  ---> 11 no winding N = 48 phase 1
Slot 3 to slot 10 (coil span 18)  ---> 11 no winding N=45
(Start S ) Slot 4 to slot 9 (coil span 6)  ---> 11 no winding N=40
