Dear Sir,

With due respect, I want to say that I am an employee of FWO posted in Islamabad and resident
of district Chakwal. I got my annual leaves in the month of July 2025 during summer vacations
of my children. At the beginning of summer vacations, school has not announced officially any
summer camp activity. That is why, I planned my leaves accordingly. Now, I am in Chakwal
with my family. Therefore, my son AHMAD USMAN of Class 5 will not be able to attend the
school.

Kindly approve this application for further. Thank you.
