School Assembly Script
Malhar: Good morning, Respected Principal ma’am, teachers, and my
dear friends, a very warm welcome to today’s morning assembly. It’s
a beautiful day, and I feel so lucky to stand before you as the anchor
of this assembly. Let’s begin this morning with positivity and
gratitude.
Let us first invite the blessings of the Almighty. I request everyone to
join their hands and close their eyes for the morning prayer.
[after prayer]
Now, let’s keep the positive vibes going with a motivational thought
for the day. I would like to invite Harshvardhan to share today’s
thought with us.
Harshvardhan: Good morning everyone, today’s thought is, “ It is
easy to bleed than work hard and sweat.”
I repeat my thought, “ It is easy to bleed than work hard and sweat.”
Thank you.
Malhar: Thank you, Harshvardhan, for that inspiring thought. It
reminds us to keep trying and never give up, no matter the
challenges.
Next, let’s get updated with the world around us. I would like to call
Shreyanshi to share today’s headlines.
Shreyanshi: [news]
Thank you,Shreyanshi. It’s always important to stay informed about
the world and our nation.
Now, to upgrade our word knowledge I would like to call Miti.
Miti: Good morning everyone, Today’s word is “laconic” which
means characterized by using very few words, terse, concise.
I repeat, Today’s word is “laconic” which means characterized by
using very few words, terse, concise.
Example: "His replies were laconic, mostly consisting of one-
word answers".
Malhar: Thank you Miti for letting us know about today’s word.
Now, mates let me share a short story.
Holi has roots in ancient Indian rituals and agricultural practices. It is
also believed to celebrate the fertility festival, the arrival of spring
and the blossoming of new life. On Holi, Farmers devote their prey to
the God for a healthy harvest and perform rituals to ensure the
fertility of their land. The celebration of holi with color and water
also represents the colourful blooms of spring and the renewal of life
in nature.
I hope you liked it.
As we come to the end of the assembly I would like everyone to
stand straight and get ready for the National Anthem.
