SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS

1 Six-Laning

The Concessionaire shall comply with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Annex-I
of this Schedule-D for construction of the Six-Lane Project Highway.

Specifications and Standards for Six-Laning
1 Manual of Specifications and Standards to apply

Subject to the provisions of Paragraph 2 of this Annex-I, Six-Laning of the Project Highway
shall conform to the Manual of Specifications and Standards for Six laning of Highways
through Public Private Partnership (IRC: SP: 87-2013). (An authenticated copy of the
Manual has been provided to the Concessionaire as part of the bid documents).
2 Deviations from the Manual
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the aforesaid Manual, the following
Specifications and Standards shall apply to the Six-Lane Project Highway, and for purposes
of this Agreement, the aforesaid Manual shall be deemed to be amended to the extent set
forth below:
