How to complete the application form
in the BME E-admission system?
Dear Applicant,
To apply to your selected program, you are requested to fill in the application form on our
online application form, e-admission.
The form consists of the following main sections:
Personal information (personal data, contact details, agent data)
Education section
Document section where you need to upload the following documents:
o Curriculum Vitae (CV),
o Copy of passport/ID,
o Document of English language proficiency,
o and further educational documents depending on your selected program level.
To submit a complete application and make your evaluation process smoother, please check
below the questions and some useful remarks.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal data
(Q1) Given name(s) and (Q2) Surname(s) - Please write your name exactly as it appears
on your Passport/ID.
(Q3) Birth name - Given name and (Q4) Birth name - surname - Please fill in this if your
birth name differs as indicated in the Passport.
(Q5) Date of birth - Please select your date of birth. Please note that at BME, there is an
age requirement. Applicants must have completed 18 years of age until the enrolment.
(Q6) Country of birth: Please select your country of birth.
(Q7) City of birth: Please fill in your city of birth.

(Q8) Mother's maiden given name and (Q9) Mother's maiden surname: Please write your
mother's maiden first name and surname. Please do not forget to provide this information.
This data is mandatory for registering into our Neptun (Study Administration) System.
(Q10) Gender: Please select your gender.
(Q11) Citizenship: Please select your citizenship.
(Q12) Type of your ID card: Please select the type of your identification document.
(Q13) Number of passport/ID card: Please type the number of your identification
document (numbers and letters).

(Q15) Postal code: Please fill in the postal code of the city where you live.
(Q16) City: Please fill in the name of the town where you live.
(Q17) Street and house number: Please write here the street and the house number of
the building you live in.
(Q18) Your email address: Please use a long-term email address. In case of admission, this
email address will be used for your Neptun registration, and you will receive Information
Letters via this email address.
Agent data
(Q19) Name of your agent: If you apply via an agency, please write the agency's/agent's
name here. If you apply independently, please leave blank this question.

Selected programme

programme you wish to apply. Important notes: you can apply for only one programme.
Some of our programmes are available for transfer students only in the Spring Intake.

Previous programme

certificate. It can be used for verification purposes.

English language proficiency

DOCUMENT SECTION
In this section you are requested to upload the application documents. Please upload the
same categories in one file (e.g., degree in original and the translated copy). The preferred file
formats for uploading is PDF, JPEG, PNG.
The warrant of the application fee must be uploaded on the “Application fee and bank
information form”.
Documents to attach – General data
(Q35) Curriculum vitae (CV): Please summarize in your CV your personal data and your
educational background, like a list of your previous and current schools with official school
name, location; dates attended or graduation date, field of studies, GPA, language skills,
IT, and work experience.
(Q36) Copy of passport/ID: Please upload a copy of your photo page of your passport.
Your photo and necessary details (passport number, full name, date of birth, etc.) must be
clearly visible and readable (not blurry).

From the next upload section, you need to upload the section that refers to the
level of your selected programme (preparatory/BSc/MSc/PhD).

(Q37) Secondary school leaving certificate / Matriculation certificate: Please upload a
copy of your original certificates and certified English translations.
(Q38) Secondary school grade lists (overview of subjects and grades): Please upload a
copy of your original certificates and certified English translations. If you are already a
student of an university and wish to transfer from an other school to BME, please upload
here the transcripts of your previous and current studies as well.
