so , intially i wasnt given any heavy task rather the cfo asked me to fetch the data for RSPL
bangladesh entity , at that time bangladesh entity wansnt opertaing on sap but it was
operating on microsoft AX software which was working quite slow at rspl, i had no idea
about the software so i asked one of my senior to help me out she helped me through teams to
find out the data , the task

The study is Framed around the following objectives:

Primary Objective:

a) To comprehend the underlying cause of financial operation into SAP, which supports
or hinders the financial operations of RSPL Group, using the Hygiene Care Division as a
live case study.

Secondary Objectives:

a) To study the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflow and identify friction points in the
approval-to-payment process

b) To analyze the invoice parking process and understanding the time gap between
parking and posting.

c) To observe how vendor balances and debit entries are managed, and identify reasons
