ANSWER
1. School head as instructional leader should always be complacent to what his/her people doing.
This connotes focus in guiding and supporting teaching and learning practices to improve student
outcomes. In school settings particularly, amidst the different changes like the inclusion of the new
MATATAG Curriculum, the school head should be familiarized with the different innovations,
techniques and strategies in delving into the new curriculum. Armed with dedication, guided by
the different memos and orders and supported by the stakeholder both internal and external are
paving the way to heed the call for growth and development. Being an instructional leader, this
theory is very useful in analyzing how leaders can influence curriculum particularly in planning,
various methods have been shared the very abled Master Teachers helping the school head to
achieve his/her goal, and finally the practice for assessment is very important to enhance
educational quality. Being instructional leaders always seek guidance for the proper
implementation of the curriculum. He cannot do it all along but with the help of his/her people, the
achievement of common goals will be much easier. In developing a road map for development and
growth, the school head should be in the forefront to analyze the changes. He sees to it that the
curriculum will be clearly understood by the teachers so as not to create confusion among the

In summary, my leadership vision is one that sees the school as a dynamic, inclusive, and
forward-thinking community. By fostering a supportive environment, embracing innovation,
building strong community partnerships leading with integrity, and committing to sustainable
growth, I believe we can create a school that truly prepares our students for the challenges and
opportunities of the future. This vision will serve as my roadmap, guiding every decision and
action I take as we work together to build a brighter future for our students and our school.
2. School management/leadership promote sound ethical behavior through constant visitation to their
workplace and constantly asking them about the problems encountered every day. I, for one are
very familiar with Integrity. Integrity is one of the most fundamental virtues that should be present
to every individual, professional or not. This represents the quality of being honest, consistent, and
adhering to strong moral and ethical principles. In research conducted by the Council for Science
and Technology’s Universal Ethical Code for Scientists simply entails integrity, which helps the
researcher in providing a national framework in conducting good governance. Integrity builds trust
which gives meaningful relationships. When people possess integrity, they most likely become
consistent in every action they are going to do and be reliable to whatever the outcomes of their
actions. Being consistent to their actions simply tells that they have imbibed properly the word
integrity. The moral and ethical issues of this encompass one’s reputation and respect. It may
sound cliché but the essence of this will guide individuals to make decisions that are not just legal.
Doing the right thing even when no one is watching. They confirmed the ethical behavior that truly
helps maintain a just and fair community. By integrating all the ethical values or behaviors into the
school set-up, it will create a more dynamic and engaging working environment that fosters
curiosity, critical thinking, and deeper understanding of one’s behavior.
3. A school leader’s role is a blend of both inspiring and imparting knowledge. When changes strike
in, I believe that the most important aspect of his/her role is to motivate and inspire. While
delivering or initiating changes is certainly crucial, it’s the motivation and inspiration that make
the changes more meaningful and memorable to his/her subordinates. A principal who ignites
curiosity and passion does more than just giving the changes-he/she opens up a world of
possibilities and help his/her subordinates develop a love of changes that will lasts a lifetime.
When the SH inspires, he/she helps his/her subordinates to see beyond what is changes and
connect what they have learned. He then became a role model, showing the importance of
perseverance, creativity, and critical thinking. This kind of change brings inspiration to his
subordinates to push their boundaries, explore new ideas, and achieve more than they ever thought
possible. While knowledge is essential, it’s the inspiration which is the product of change turns
into something transformative, shaping each and everyone’s curiosity, motivated, and resilient
individuals.
In essence, while the SH must certainly pass changes into learnings, its greatest impact comes
from inspiring and motivating teachers and the school. This is what makes changes truly powerful
and helps everyone not just to learn, but to grow and thrive.
4. Project MATATAG: Resilient Learners for a Sustainable Future
This action plan can be substantiated by several educational theories and philosophical
considerations that emphasize resilience, sustainability, and holistic development. This plan will be
anchored with resilience theory by equipping students with skills and mindset to overcome
challenges The plan focuses on building resilience through practical exercises and real-world
scenarios mirrors the theory’s emphasis on adaptive coping mechanisms.
Pakikipagkapwa-tao on the other hand is a Filipino value that emphasizes the importance of
empathy, shared identity, and interconnectedness among individuals within a community. It is
rooted in the belief that the well-being of the individual is tied to the well-being of others.
To implement “Project MATATAG: Resilient Learners for Sustainable Future” in a school setting,
a well-structured plan and commitment from all stakeholders are essential.
