Course Description
This course is a general requirement for all undergraduate students. It
provides a comprehensive overview of management issues as it gives
an understanding of basic management principles and the organization
management process using a strategic approach with a global
orientation. . It also develop an understanding of the activities and
organizational required to implement, monitor and control strategic
management programs.
