The funds are released subject to the following conditions:

1. The Chief Education Officers shall make allocation to ZEOs or Hols for making
Aadhaar based DBT intoaccounts of beneficiaries and the process shall be completed
by or before 25" of August, 2025 without fail.
2. District level commitee Headed by CEO or DEPO shall be constituted immediately
for daily monitoring of DBT and reporting to the Project Director, Samagra Shiksha,
J&K for appraisal of the Government. Similarly Zonal and school level commitees
