• It is a the most flagship event of Rendezvous
• 4 pronites are held on the pronate stage and each of them
has a footfall of 20k+
• Previous artists were Sonu Nigam, Amit Trivedi, Farhan
Akhtar, Nucleya, Salim Suleman and many more
• The title sponsor of the pronite is provided with logo on
truss, 15 minute slot on stage, anchor mentions and
extensive branding
Live stage
• A stage is set up at the most flagship location in the
campus and it runs for 4 days in the daytime
• It has a dynamic footfall of 200+ every time
• Events such as rap battle, beatbox battle, drama acts etc
are held
• Frequent anchor mentions, logo on truss, time slots on
stage are provided to the sponsors

• It is a flagship competition where participants have to

Stunt show
• Previously RDV collaborated with Hero and
organized 2 stunt shows
• 250 sq. meter area in Nalanda ground was
used for dirt bike stunt
• 80 sq. meter area in SAC parking was used for
road stunts

Test drive
• A test drive area can be created in the campus
for both two and four wheelers
• A stall will be provided to the sponsor from
where people can book the test drive
• People will have to post the video of their
experience and tag the sponsor
Film making
• This is one of the niche competitions where teams have
to make a film in 72 hours
• The devices of the sponsor can be provided to give a
hands on experience
• The watermark of the sponsor will be there in all the
films
• One video from each team will be made to share their
experience of using the devices

• RDV aims to achieve sustainability in all the possible ways
• We provide RDV incentives to audience for tree plantations
• We are India’s first Zero Waste Festival

• RDV organizes blood donation campaign before and
during RDV

served to our guests and artists on the stage

• The sampling of sponsors’ products can be done
before and during RDV in the campus as well as
colleges in Delhi-NCR
• As RDV has a huge network, all the logistics will be
handled by RDV team

Mock tests
• Mock tests as per the sponsor can be conducted
during RDV
• A venue will be provided to the sponsor and all the

screen during the pronites on the main stage
