• Introduce yourself
My name is Raj Shekhar. I have completed by B.tech in computer science from KPHC college. I did my schooling
from DAP Public School. I did my internship with Global technologies, where I have worked on servlets and PHP.
I have designed a webpage for an organization. I am a self-motivated and hardworking person who adhere to
deadlines. I like writing blogs on technology and its effects. (Hint: Share your complete name, Qualification, work
experience (if any), Internship (if any), Trainings attended (if any), significant achievement, Areas of interest)
• What kind of challenges have you faced when communicating with people?
As a student, I found it difficult to ask queries in front of the class as I feared another student’s reaction. So, I
often make a note of questions and ask my professor in tutorial lectures. Slowly I started asking my classmates
my doubts and found that they were not able to answer them so over time I realized it's better to ask the
teacher and slowly mustered up the courage to speak up.(Hint: Share educational/professional examples or
instances)
• What motivates you?
I like being appreciated. Let me share an instance- While working on my summer internship project, I came
across a lot of problems hence, I assumed that the project will not be completed on time. But when my mentor
appreciated me for the most innovative idea, I was motivated to complete the project successfully on time.

• What are your strengths and weaknesses? (3 each)
My strengths are - Self-motivated, Adaptive and hard working My Weaknesses are-
I have bad handwriting.
Disorganization unnerves me but eventually I find a way to work around it.
I used to procrastinate a bit but now I have started managing calendars and creating ‘to do’ lists to
complete the task on time.

• Where do you see yourself five years down the line? How do you plan to get there?
Five years down the line, I hope to be a team -leader, holding an important post in this organization. I would like to
work with a team and understand all the nuances, complexities and challenges of the job. I strongly feel, I can work
my way there through my dedication and hard work.

• What is the most useful feedback you have received and who was it from? What did you do about it?
As a student, I was criticized for not participating in extracurricular activities. My friends called me a bookworm.
Soon, I realized that one should be good at other skills too. So, I joined sports and a writing club. I became
friends with the club holders and learnt to work with a team and work under pressure. Now, I take the initiative
to participate in the different activities.

• What has been your greatest challenge? What did you do to overcome it?
Time management is the greatest challenge I face. In order to complete the task with accuracy I sometimes take
a bit of extra time. Now, I have learnt to plan better. I have a ‘to-do list’ for the day-week-month and push
myself to adhere to the same.

• What makes you a great team player?
Apart from working in teams for various extracurricular activities, I have worked in teams for various technical
projects too. This helped me to understand other’s point of view. Working in teams has helped me learn to look
at things from the other person's point of view and I have become more empathetic.

I am very knowledgeable about servlets and PHP. Also, I have good speaking and presentation skills which are
