Greetings for the day!

We are excited to have you on-board with us. We would like you to have seamless on-boarding
experience in order to do that, kindly find below checklist and user manual. The newly joined
employee must complete all the processes below within 10 days from their date of joining.

1. HR Induction:

• On the day of your joining the HR Team will organize HR Induction virtually on Microsoft Teams.
• The Induction will largely cover about the Industry, Organization and Our Journey, Vision, Values,
Cornerstones, Career Proposition, HR Policies, Important Process and Applications.
• During the induction you will also be informed about your training in which you will
undergo 5 days of Life Insurance Essentials training followed by channel specific training.
(Attendance is mandatory)

2. Completing Life Insurance Essentials training module on Saksham:

• Step 1: Login to Saksham App or Link


(https://isaksham.co.in/learning/CL6/Login.aspx)
• Step 2: Select Content Library and search “LIFE
INSURANCE ESSENTIALS”, Enroll & Launch
• Step 3: Complete the module in ‘ONE GO’.
• Step 4: Share screenshot of completion and certificate
to the concerned HR.

Note: It is compulsory to complete this Module within the 1st


week of your joining, so take this as priority.

You can login in Saksham app by entering your employee ID in both username & Password, it only
works in this app.

3. Opening ICICI Bank account:

In order to receive your monthly salary, you have to open your salary account with ICICI Bank only, you
can open your salary account without NTID s Password. Kindly note below points:

• The bank account should be in your name and should not be a joint account, relatives
account etc.
• You can contact / visit nearest ICICI Bank branch along with your ICICI Prudential Life’ offer
letter and KYC documents to open the account.
• Once the bank account is opened, kindly update the same on PACE. (refer point 7)

4. Receiving one time password:

• You will receive your one-time password through SMS within 24 to 48 hours from your date
of joining.
• If any employee does not receive one time password within 48 hours, they can contact their
respective RHR to provide the same.
• After receiving one time password, the first login should be done only from desktop
available in ICICI Prudential Life’ branch (Note: The desktop or laptop must be connected through
LAN)
• Password is confidential, that should not be shared with anyone.

5. Identity Card and Visiting Card:

Kindly mail below details with passport size color photograph (white background in JPG format)
to Vishal Rao ([email protected]) & Rahul Chauhan ([email protected]
) keeping Yogesh Mishra ([email protected]) & Satyam Singh Rajput
([email protected]) in the CC.

6. Marking Official duty:

Official duty should be marked only when an employee was present and working but was
unable to mark the attendance. The same should be informed to the respective reporting
manager whenever such instances happen:

• Step 1: Login to PACE (Annexure 1) using your NTID s password.


o Internet (through mobile) - https://pacehr.iciciprulife.com
o Intranet (through company desktop/laptop) – Pulse (10.54.68.31) > PACE
• Step 2: Go to My Quick Links (Annexure 1.1)
• Step 3: Click on Mark Official Duty
Note: Official duty can be marked for the previous day (s) and not for the present day.

7. Updating ICICI Bank Salary Account details:

ICICI Bank Salary Account number should be compulsorily updated on PACE for salary to
get credited. Completion deadline - before 18th of the month
• Step 1: Login to PACE using your credentials (Annexure 2)

• Step 2: Go to Employee Self Service (Annexure 2.1)
• Step 3: Go to Payroll and Compensation
• Step 4: Go to Bank Account Details
• Step 5: Update your ICICI Bank Account Number

8. Filling eRishta / I - Nomination form:

eRishta form captures details of your PF, Gratuity, Mediclaim and the nominations for the same.
Completion deadline - within 10 days of the joining

• Step 1: Login to eRishta using your credentials.

• Step 2: Fill all the details till 100% complete.
• Step 3: Take screenshot of the last page with your name, Emp ID, 100% status visible and e-
mail it to your respective HR manager.

9. Update post-paid Mobile number on Crossroads:

Mobile bill payment for post-paid numbers will be done by the company as per the eligibility
mentioned in Mobile Reimbursement Policy. Your phone number needs to be updated in
Crossroads for the purpose of reimbursement. Note that the post-paid sim card must be
issued with your name. Completion deadline - within 15 days of the joining
• Step 1: Login to Crossroads (Annexure 3) epu.iciciprulife.com/CrossroadsNew/
• Step 2: Go to Expense Claim (Annexure 3.1)
• Step 3: Go to Update Mobile Number
• Step 4: Update Mobile Number along with Network Carrier

10. Mail Access:

In order to receive e-mail access in your mobile device, kindly follow below steps:

• Step 1: Ask your reporting manager to send e-mail to: [email protected]


mentioning your employee id and request to activate your e-mail inbox.
• Step 2: The reporting manager will receive activation e-mail within 24 hours of mailing with
SOP attached in that e-mail. Kindly follow the steps mention in the SOP and activate you e-mail
inbox (In case you face any challenge, please contact IT engineer)

11. Add Dependents in E-Mediclaim:

• Step 1: Login to PACE using your credentials https://pacehr.iciciprulife.com


(Annexure 4)
• Step 2: Go to My Quick Links
• Step 3: Go to E-Mediclaim link and log in (Annexure 4.1)
• Step 4: Click on Add dependents options and save the details (Annexure 4.2)

• Step 1: Login to iPruAtom App on your mobile device

• Step 2: Click on Employee Benefit
• Step 3: Click on ‘enroll your dependents under Mediclaim.

12. Important points to be noticed:

• Marking attendance is important, if you don’t mark your attendance for 5 consecutive days
than you will get tagged as absconding from services that will lead to salary stop and you
may get terminated from your services as per Employee Service Rules of the organization.

• Updating KYC details in UAN on EPFO site: Considering the mandate from EPFO,
employees are required to activate their UAN and update KYC details on the EPFO portal
through the link https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ (Link should be
accessed on Google Chrome).
o UAN number can be referred at PACE >>My Quick Links >>View PF statement.
o The detailed process manual for UAN activation and KYC updating is available on PF site:

13. Name update/change on PACE or system process:
• Step 1: Login to PACE using your credentials https://pacehr.iciciprulife.com (Annexure 4)
• Step 2: Go to My Quick Links (Annexure 1.1)
• Step 3: Login to AskHR QMS using your credentials.
• Step 4: Raise a call log with the required documents for name change such as PAN
card & Aadhar card copy (Annexure 5)
• Step 5: Check the status of the call log from your call ID in closed calls after 24-48
working hours.

14. iHelpline User call log process for Mobile bill payout in case of pending payment:
• Step 1: Login to PULSE from PC (Link - https://pulse.iciciprulife.com/users/sign_in)
(Refer Annexure 6.1)
• Step 2: Go to Quick access & Login to iHelpline User using your Emp ID & Password.
• Step 3: Search “Mobile” & Select “Mobile bill payout”.
• Step 4: Raise a call log by filling in the required details with attachment such as your
Mobile Bill receipt.
• Step 5: Check the status of the call log from your call ID in closed calls after 24-48
working hours.

NOTE: - Kindly raise the call log From Company’s PC only, else it won’t reflect in your account.
