Introduction
• Church Management System Project Platform encompasses church
management services. All in a single platform for easy administration and
communication. This application is debuted to give information access to
emerging technology to be more effective and efficient in reaching out to more
people, thus expanding the kingdom.
• It is an integrated solution for church administration. It helps people to donate
amount for community. It allows our subscribers to manage their community
department, members and give holistic report on status of their church.
Existing System
The Existing System running on manual work. This manual work is
requires lot of space. To keep records of the community member they
are maintain books and ledgers and if they want to search any
specific member details means it require lot of time.
Proposed System

The Proposed System is web based application where anyone can find the
details of the community very easily. To overcome Existing System this
application builds where the authorized person can search specific member
details. We can easily track how many members register to our community
and the amount who has donated for our community. It is an integrated
solution for church administration It helps maintain records and for quick
search.
Technology
Front End
ASP.NET ASP.NET is more than a next version of ASP(Active Server Pages). It provides a unified Web development model
which includes services necessary to build Enterprise-class Web Applications.

Back End
Microsoft SQL Server is a relational database management system developed by Microsoft. As a database server, it is a software
product with the primary function of storing and retrieving data as requested by other software applications—which may run
either on the same computer or on another computer across a network (including the Internet).
Advantages and disadvantages
Advantages

1. Easy to maintain all records of the members and church


2. Can be accessed from any place
3. Better time management

Disadvantages

4. Can be hacked and details will leaked

Conclusion
• Software is said to have attained its objective only when it meets all
the requirements of the user.

• Developing this project helped me to gain some experience in the


real-time development procedures. Hereby I conclude that the
system will surely be in a valuable position in contrast to the modern
day cut-throat competition.

• The database connectivity is tested with the user requirements and


verified for the validity.
